About this role
We are seeking an experienced Senior Product Manager to drive the growth and success of our Textile Printing Solutions portfolio. The role will be responsible for product strategy, market analysis, product lifecycle management, and cross-functional collaboration with R&D, Manufacturing, Sales, and Marketing teams to deliver innovative products that meet customer and market needs.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute product strategies and roadmaps for textile printing solutions.
Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and customer need assessments.
Lead new product development, product enhancements, and portfolio optimization.
Collaborate with engineering and manufacturing teams to translate market requirements into product specifications.
Support sales and marketing teams with product positioning, training, and go-to-market initiatives.
Monitor product performance, customer feedback, and market trends to drive continuous improvement.
Build strong relationships with customers, distributors, and industry stakeholders.
Desired Profile
Bachelor's Degree in Engineering; MBA preferred.
10+ years of experience in Product Management, preferably in Machinery, or related manufacturing industries.
Strong understanding of textile printing technologies and market dynamics.
Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Experience working with cross-functional teams and managing product portfolios.
