/careersCareers site
A careers page that fills your pipeline.
Shape a branded careers site in a live builder, choose which roles go public, and every application lands in that job's pipeline — screened the moment it arrives.
We place engineers, designers and sellers with teams that ship.
/builderBuild
Every change, live — before anyone sees it.
A full-screen builder with your page as the canvas. Drag sections into order, hide the ones you don't need, and set the colour, photo and words — the canvas updates as you go.
We place engineers, designers and sellers with teams that ship.
One colour, the whole page
Pick a page colour and the hero, buttons and accents follow. Add a hero photo, values, perks, team photos, quotes and numbers.
Checked on every screen
Preview on desktop, laptop, iPad and phones — the canvas is the real page, not a sketch of it.
Nothing goes live by accident
Edits wait for Save & publish, and the builder warns you before you leave with changes unsaved.

/applyApply
Applications land in the pipeline — not in your inbox.
No forwarding, no downloading attachments. The candidate's resume and answers arrive on the job's board, next to everyone you sourced, imported or invited.
Your form, your questions
Name, email, phone and resume are always there. Add up to 25 fields of ten kinds, plus the role's own screening questions.
Screened on arrival
Each application lands in the job's pipeline and is scored against the role. Out of credits? It waits — it's never lost.
Spam and repeats kept out
One application per email per role, a hidden bot trap, and limits on how fast anyone can apply.
/settingsYour rules
You decide what goes public.
You choose the roles
Switch on the live roles you want public. Drafts, paused and closed roles can't slip through.
Share without listing
Send a WhatsApp or LinkedIn apply link for any role — it stays off the public page.
Your address, your team
Pick your name on recruitkar.com, and give edit rights only to the people you choose.
/What it costs
The page is free. You pay per applicant screened.
Applications are screened from the same monthly credit pool as everything else. See every rate

The builder, your address and every role page cost nothing, on every plan.

/Straight answers
Where does my careers page live?
At your own address on Recruitkar — for example northstar.recruitkar.com/careers. You pick the name. Custom domains aren't available yet.
Which roles appear on it?
Only the live roles you switch on in Settings. Drafts, paused and closed roles can't be listed, and every other role stays private.
What happens when someone applies?
They land in that job's pipeline with their resume and answers, and are screened against the role on arrival. Their answers sit on the profile under Application.
Does it cost anything?
Building, publishing and hosting the page are free. Screening each application uses 0.5 credit — and if you're out of credits the application waits; it's never dropped.
Do candidates need an account?
No. They search the roles, open one and apply with their resume — PDF, DOC or DOCX up to 5 MB.
Is my client's name shown on a role?
No. A role shows its team, location and details — never the client company behind it.
Can roles show up in Google's job search?
Every role page carries the structured job data search engines read for job listings, while application pages are kept out of search results.
Who can change the page?
The account owner, and anyone you give the 'Edit the careers page' permission.
