Which calendars and video tools work?
Google Calendar and Outlook Calendar, with Google Meet, Zoom or Microsoft Teams — all on your own accounts, so invites come from you.
Who does the AI message, and on what?
WhatsApp — your one contact at the client and the candidate. It never messages your interview panel. It understands replies in any language or script, Hinglish included.
What if the client never gives a time?
The AI follows up on the schedule you set (two reminders, 24 hours apart, inside your messaging hours by default). If it still gets no time, or the candidate asks to move it three times, it stops and hands the thread to you.
Does the AI book the meeting itself?
No. It agrees the time and emails you to book it. When you do, both sides get the link on WhatsApp and the client gets a calendar invite by email.
Does the candidate know the call is recorded?
Yes. The invite says the interview will be recorded and names the notetaker, and the candidate can reply to ask for it not to be. The notetaker also has to be admitted from the meeting's waiting room.
How is recording billed?
0.4 credits a minute for video, or 0.5 with a transcript and AI summary. The booked minutes are held when you book and unused ones are refunded after the call. Paused time counts as recorded time, and if nobody admits the recorder you get everything back.
Can my client see the recording?
Yes — share the candidate to your client portal with the assessment on, and the hiring manager can watch the video and read the report. Your internal notes stay out of their view.
