01Create
Your terms, your template — the letter builds itself.
Set the hiring company, location and joining date, and lay out the pay. The PDF comes out with a monthly and annual annexure, ready to send — or held for your manager if their approval is switched on.
Your template, or the client's PDF
Generate the letter from a reusable template, or upload the one your client sent and enter its CTC.
In the hiring company's name
Set it on each offer — it's the name on the letter, the email and the offer page. Never your agency's by default.
Pay the way India reads it
Components in ₹ LPA or as a % of basic, one-time payouts kept out of the CTC, every revision kept as a new version.
02
A real offer page — accepted in one sitting.
Acme Technologies and Recruitkar will never ask you to pay money for a job offer.
No account, no app
A typed-name signature, on record
Declined? You'll know why
03Joining documents
Every document in, checked before day one.
Right after accepting, the candidate uploads what you asked for — a photo from their phone works. Nothing reaches you until they send, and the count tells you what's still missing.
A checklist per offer
Offer letter, ID, payslips, relieving letter — edit it per offer, or keep it in the template.
Verify, or send it back
One click to verify, or send back with a reason like blurry, wrong document or name mismatch.
Share with your client
Choose, document by document, what your client can see.
04Client sign-off
Your client signs off — before you mark hired.
Once the candidate accepts, send the details to your client. Their hiring manager approves, rejects or asks to change one term in the client portal, and the hire button waits for their answer.
A change request names one term — total CTC, fixed, variable, joining date, location or notice period.
On the candidate's card
Always know where an offer stands.
Every status shows on the candidate's card and drawer, and an accepted offer moves them along the board on its own.
- Draft
Built, not sent yet.
- Sent
Letter and private link are with the candidate.
- Viewed
They've opened the offer page.
- Negotiating
You've sent a revised version.
- Accepted
Signed — they move to Offered on the board.
- Hired
Marked hired, after your client approves.
Can branch off at any point before acceptance — closed with their reason, and a new offer starts on the same thread.
Straight answers
Is accepting an offer a real signature?
The candidate types their full name as their electronic signature and ticks a consent line. We record the name, the date and time, and the exact version of the offer they accepted.
Can I use the letter my client sent?
Yes. Upload the client's PDF (up to 6 MB) instead of generating one, and enter the annual CTC it states so the offer page and tracking stay right.
Whose name does the candidate see?
The hiring company's. You set it on each offer, and it's the name on the letter, in the email and on the offer page — your agency's name is never filled in for you.
Does the candidate need an account?
No. They get an email with the letter attached and a private link to their offer page, which works on any phone.
Can the candidate negotiate on the offer page?
On the page they accept or decline, with a reason. If they want changes, you revise the offer and they get the new version, clearly marked as revised.
Which joining documents can I ask for?
Start from the default checklist — signed offer letter, government ID, previous payslips, relieving letter and, optionally, education certificates — and edit it per offer or save it in a template.
Can my client approve the offer?
Yes. Once the candidate accepts, send the details to your client. In the client portal they approve, reject or ask to change one term, and you can mark the candidate hired once they approve.
Do offers use credits?
No. Creating and sending offers, the candidate's offer page, joining documents and client sign-off don't use credits.
