Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade directly from your billing settings. Upgrades take effect immediately and are prorated for the current billing cycle. Downgrades take effect at the end of your current period. You keep your existing limits until then.
You can top up any time from your dashboard at ₹4 per credit. Top-up credits never expire and stack on top of your monthly allowance. There are no surprise overage charges. Actions simply pause until you have enough credits.
Choose annual billing at signup or from your settings. You pay 12 months upfront at a 15% discount across every paid tier. You can switch back to monthly at your next renewal. Annual is shown as a per-month price for easy comparison; the actual charge is the full annual amount.
The Free plan is forever free and comes with 50 credits every month, no credit card, no expiry. Start there and run real sourcing, screening and outreach; upgrade to a paid plan whenever you need more credits.
We accept all major credit and debit cards via Razorpay. Indian businesses can also pay via UPI or NEFT. For annual contracts above ₹100,000, we accept wire transfer and can issue purchase orders for finance teams.
Yes, cancel from your billing settings whenever you want. You'll retain full access until the end of your paid period. There are no cancellation fees, and your candidate data and templates are preserved on a downgrade to the Free plan.
